Orders and price
A checkout on spectaclereigns.com is an offer to buy the listed equipment at the published selling price plus freight and any taxes quoted at checkout.
Payment is taken through Paystack or Stripe. The processor receipt is the payment record. The desk may refuse or cancel an order if stock moved, freight cannot be completed to the address, or the details you entered cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery, title, and risk
Title and risk pass when the carrier collects the consignment, unless the desk agrees otherwise in writing.
Inspect crates on arrival as described on the shipping page. Open returns from the delivered order if the goods or packing are not as listed.
Warranty and returns
Warranty is the term printed on the listing you bought. Returns and refunds follow the returns page: a desk case first, then goods or refund only after acceptance.
Those pages are part of these terms. If a clause on a listing is stricter (for example a shorter warranty on a consumable), the listing wins for that product.
Limitation
To the extent Nigerian law allows, Spectacle Reigns Medical Supply LLC is not liable for lost clinic time, missed cases, or other indirect loss from a delayed crate or a device used outside its specifications.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud.
