What we collect
We collect the name, email, phone, organisation (if you enter one), and delivery address you provide, plus the order lines, statements, and messages you send through the shop.
Account
Sign-in, password reset, and the profile needed to show orders, cart, and returns.
Orders and shipping
Product, quantities, address, and carrier tracking once a consignment is assigned.
Support files
Photos, video, or notes you attach to an issue or return so the desk can judge the crate or the fault.
Why we use it
We use that information to create and secure your account, take payment, pack and deliver equipment, quote freight, and run warranty, return, and issue cases.
WhatsApp messages you send to the published desk number are read by the supply desk to answer product and order questions. Do not send card numbers in chat.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by Paystack or Stripe. We do not store full card numbers (PAN) on spectaclereigns.com.
Those processors send the shopper receipt for the charge. The desk does not email a second store card receipt.
Sharing
We do not sell your details. We share what is needed with carriers for delivery, with Paystack or Stripe for payment, and when a law or regulator requires an answer we must give.
Clinic buyers who send a purchase order still have an account email we will use for dispatch and cases. Tell the desk if that inbox should be a group procurement address.
Access and retention
To see or correct account details, sign in or email orders@spectaclereigns.com. Order history stays with the desk as long as we need it for tax, warranty, and returns — not as a public directory.
If you ask us to close an account, we keep the minimum required to show past checkout and any open case. Write from the same email used on the account.
Where processing sits
Correspondence and the supply desk are at 5 Oduobi Crescent, Ikenegbu, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. This shop is operated for buyers in Nigeria and other African destinations we deliver to.
If you use Google sign-in, Google also processes that login under their terms. We receive the name and email needed to attach an account.
