How freight is quoted
Freight is not a flat website fee. Weight, packed dimensions, destination, and whether a listing is in stock or ships in 2–3 weeks all change the quote.
At checkout we use the cart and the delivery address you enter. For imaging rooms, theatre tables, dental chairs, or a mixed clinic kit, the desk can quote before you pay — WhatsApp or email the product names and the delivery city.
The quote covers carriage to the address on the order. Unloading, stairs, or a crane for a crate that will not fit a clinic lift is not assumed unless the desk confirms it in writing.
Where we deliver
The supply desk is at 5 Oduobi Crescent, Ikenegbu, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. We arrange delivery inside Nigeria and toward other African destinations that we can reach with the carriers we use.
Orders outside Nigeria may need extra commercial documents. The desk will tell you what is required before dispatch. Do not assume a listing can clear every border until that check is done.
Nigeria
Quoted door delivery to clinics, hospitals, labs, and private practices. Confirm access for large crates before a chair, table, or imaging unit ships.
Other African destinations
Freight and papers are quoted per order. Share the receiving site, contact person, and any import paperwork you already hold.
Lead time on each listing
Plan around the availability printed on the product page, not a generic “ships tomorrow” promise.
In stock
The desk can stage dispatch after payment clears and any freight survey for that product is complete.
Limited stock
Confirm quantity with the desk before you depend on a multi-room rollout. Another clinic may be holding the last units.
Ships in 2–3 weeks
Treat this as procurement lead time for that listing. Do not schedule install until the desk confirms a dispatch window.
Out of stock
Do not checkout expecting that product. Ask the desk for a restock note or a different listing in the same department.
Tracking and delivery day
Tracking is added to the order once a carrier is assigned. Watch the order in your account; the desk will not invent a second store receipt besides Paystack or Stripe.
On arrival, check the crate for impact damage before you sign as clean. Photograph crushed corners, torn seals, or wet cartons and open a case from the delivered order if the goods are not as listed.
If a driver cannot reach the stated address — gated compound, missing phone, crane needed — demurrage or a redelivery may apply. Keep the receiving number on the order reachable.
Large clinical equipment
Dental chairs, operating tables, imaging units, and lab refrigerators often ship as freight, not courier parcels. Tell the desk the door width, lift size, and floor before you buy.
Installation, room shielding, and utility hook-up are not included unless a listing or a written desk quote says they are. Optical, dental, and imaging rooms should confirm power and space against the specifications on the product page.
